People complain that education is not currently working, here is your chance to re-envision it. Build large spaces with welding/3dpriners/car repair. Have mixed classes not based on age, with adults and teens.

Without good postal service, many rural areas are going to be finished off. No more Amazon deliveries. No cheap farm equipment deliveries of small parts and consumables.

If the USA wants to bring back manufacturing it would need 200-250 million new immigrants. Every screw, shirt button, bra hook, shoelace, yarn factory needs hundred of workers to staff the production line.

I don’t think that there is an easy fix.
I’d like to think local autonomy would help, so small communities could design their own curriculum, but I’m too much of a pessimist and see such experiments failing quickly because of corruption and incompetence.
